There is a separate area within the building for residential accommodation located along the north-south axis of the Campus, facing east on the open land belonging to other, private ownership and to the west of the courtyard of the Baglio from with direct access.
The premises include two mini-apartments, each covering two floors connected by a staircase and equipped with private bathrooms. Adjacent to these areas is also a large dormitory consisting of a double-height room equipped with a spacious kitchen area with seating for dining and from which the two large areas immediately above, both with toilet facilities and showers, are easily reached, each able to accommodate up to 5 persons. From the living room, the stairway connecting the sleeping areas above also connects the upper loft, designated for rest and relaxation. The living area faces the internal courtyard while the sleeping quarters are directly illuminated by vast open spaces facing south towards the archaeological area.
Objectives
The construction of lodging quarters and rooms equipped for accommodating the scientific operators. The structure’s autonomous, on-the-premises housing unit is able to accommodate the scientific researchers working in excavations and educational activities.
